Trix Medcare aims to manage schemes nationwide in partnership with local authorities and housing associations to provide housing and care to enable frail older people to live more independently in their own homes. Our staff will provide 24 hour help and support to assist with personal care, social and domestic tasks associated with ordinary living. We encourage the service user to remain active and help them to maintain contact with friends, relatives and the local community. Trix provides high quality Care and Support to Individuals who require additional support due to Learning disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autistic spectrum Disorders, Congenital disabilities, Epilepsy, Acquired brain injuries and other disabilities as requested to support.

These services are designed around the individuals needs and are there to enable the individual to make choices about where they live, with whom, and decide which aspects of daily living they require support with.
