Trix Medcare aims to manage schemes nationwide in partnership with local authorities and housing associations to provide housing and care to enable frail older people to live more independently in their own homes. Our staff will provide 24 hour help and support to assist with personal care, social and domestic tasks associated with ordinary living. We encourage the service user to remain active and help them to maintain contact with friends, relatives and the local community. Trix provides high quality Care and Support to Individuals who require additional support due to Learning disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autistic spectrum Disorders, Congenital disabilities, Epilepsy, Acquired brain injuries and other disabilities as requested to support. 

We have the knowledge and expertise to meet the demands of changing needs and innovations in care expectations according to department of social care and health. Extra Care is fast becoming the new way to meet the needs of people who are struggling to live at home and do not wish to go into Residential Care home.  

This will be achieved by having a skilled and experienced dedicated care team based at the establishment. However, the team at the establishments do not work in isolation and are to be fully supported by our Head Office management team.
